People with manic depression may need to make some changes
in their lifestyle in order to cope better with their illness,
changes are such as:
- Keep regularity of daily activities e.g. sleeping pattern,
exercise
- Avoid any alcohol and street drugs
- Keep working ( part-time, full-time or volunteer work etc.)
- Maintain social contact with family members, friends or church
members etc.
- Compliance with treatments
- Seek for professional help
