Self Help Program

Hong Fook Self Help Program is a strength-based and consumer-driven program. It promotes self help and mutual support among consumers.
The program provides you with space and ways to come out and meet with others through various activities.  You will receive support and be provided with opportunities to use your strength to contribute to others' quality of life throughout the journey to recovery. Our program is based on the following foundation:

  2. Four Pillars of Healthy Living
    a. Healthy lifestyle
    b. Social recreational aspects of wellness
    c. Interpersonal relationship
    d. Employment/work related development
  3. Self-management skills
  4. Leadership training and development
